SCHEDULE : Friday – Sunday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

FUNCTION:

Machining team members are essential to our operation. They operate advanced equipment to produce high-quality boat parts. Machining is a hands-on, mechanical, production process.

OUTCOMES:

• Responsible for multi-tasking, running multiple parts on several CNC machines and maintaining high productivity
• Loading raw aluminum parts and fixturing them onto pallets using hand tools
• Communicating stock material needs promptly to the Fabrication department
• Meeting production goals according to the engineering schedule
• Understanding drawings and instructions to verify client specifications
• Working to develop skills and learn all machining processes (set-up, tooling changes, etc.)
