Job description

Join to apply for the CNC / Machine Operator role at Winco Window.

Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Contribute to a 100-year tradition of excellence and innovation at Winco Window Co. in this role, working with automated equipment and CNC machinery. You will operate and learn to program CNC mills, saws, and other automated tools. Normal shifts are from 7:00 am to 3:25 pm and 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, with overtime opportunities. Starting pay varies based on experience: $20-$25/hr for applicants with 3-5 years of CNC operation and some programming, and $17-$20/hr for those with operation experience only.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn operations of saws, CNC, and PLC-driven machines.
• Manage blocking, tooling, and equipment setup.
• Maintain and repair equipment within scope.
• Set up and train others on equipment.
• Change tooling and evaluate setups.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic computer skills and measurement proficiency.
• Strong math skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude and independence.
• Ability to work shift hours in a factory environment.

Desired Skills (not mandatory)

• Familiarity with CAD and CNC programming software.
• Management experience with 2-10 people.
