CNC Machinist Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable CNC Machinist to join our industrial production team. Responsibilities include setting up and programming various tools and equipment to create, modify, or repair precision parts. You will monitor machinery and conduct quality checks to ensure production accuracy and adherence to specifications. Attention to detail and focus are essential.

CNC Machinist Duties and Responsibilities

• Check CNC machinery is in good working order before setup
• Set up machinery according to specifications
• Conduct all programming as required
• Monitor the production cycle, ensuring specifications are met
• Perform necessary machine maintenance
• Follow safety standards at all times
• Report safety or maintenance concerns immediately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

CNC Machinist Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Additional roles for CNC and Hand Operators:

• Vertical/Horizontal lathes and milling machines

Compensation and Schedule

Pay Rate: $17/hr - $25+/hr

Overtime: Typically 10 hours/week, with opportunities for more and weekend work if desired

Shifts: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM
