Schedule: Mon-Thurs 4:45am-3:15pm

Job Description:

This position requires operating CNC equipment and related machining/fabrication equipment in a production environment. Responsibilities include producing parts to specifications within cycle times, following daily check sheets to record work done, and controlling process flow. The role also involves maintaining safety and housekeeping standards for the machine and area.

Requirements:

• Perform setups and tooling selection for new, prototype, or project-related formings.
• Remove and set up die sets in Punch Presses.
• Operate CNC-controlled Press Brakes, Fasti Folder, Punch Presses, and NC-controlled shear.
• Have a basic understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems and components.
• Read engineering drawings and schematics; utilize precision measurements.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with G-code programming is a plus.
• Experience with CNC controls and multi-axis mills is a plus.
• Read and use calipers and other inspection equipment.
• Coordinate ECR, ECN, and SMI processes into production, including design improvements and prototyping.
