Job Summary

Concrete Industries, Inc. seeks a high-performing CNC Operator/Machine Operator to join our Steel Division. This role involves operating the Beam Line CNC machine, overhead crane, and saw, while adhering to safety policies and maintaining reliable attendance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate the saw daily and perform preventive maintenance.
• Load and unload materials using a 5-ton overhead crane; verify dimensions before and after cutting.
• Operate the Beam Line CNC machine daily, including tool exchanges and consumables replacement.
• Assist in other plant areas during light workload, such as repair, maintenance, or yard clean-up.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED, with some CNC experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including late or irregular shifts during busy seasons.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery and mechanical problem-solving skills.
• Customer service awareness and computer literacy, especially with Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Basic math skills with practical application.
