Immediate opening for full time CNC Machine Operator (1st Shift)

Position Description

Day Machine Systems is looking for a hard working individual with the desire to run complex manufacturing operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operators are required to:

• Use blueprints to ensure proper dimensions on finished parts.
  • Including but not limited to GD&T
• Troubleshoot CNC malfunctions and alert proper personnel when necessary.
• Monitor machine requirements.
  • Coolant levels.
  • Lube levels.
  • Change tooling as needed.
• In process inspection
  • Utilizing Micrometers, Micro-hites, comparators, etc.
• Run multiple machines.
• Follow proper ISO 9001 procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers etc.
• 5 years minimum experience running CNC Equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs when necessary.
• A desire to learn.
