Salary:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We make an extraordinary product. Some might say it defies gravity! As our CNC Machine Operator, you'll be the one who creates these gravity-defying products. You will assemble machined parts into a sub-assembly and inspect and back flywheels for final delivery. You will ensure all products are crafted with the highest quality by:

• Operating CNC equipment, including:
• Performing pre-operation inspections of parts and machines
• Setting up machines and parameters
• Inspecting parts against standards using tooling and gauges
• Maintaining safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations
• Ensuring shift continuity through documentation and communication
• Collaborating closely with other departments
• Completing production and quality logs
• Maintaining information in computer databases

WHEN YOU'LL WORK

Training will be on 1st shift. Available shifts include:

• 4th Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm

MUST-HAVES

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical inclination
• Strong attention to detail
• Conceptual, process improvement, functional, and technical skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Commitment to a clean and safe work environment
• Quality focus, sound judgment, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally; stand or walk for extended periods; perform repetitive motions; handle small parts with hands and fingers; visually inspect products; distinguish sounds in noisy environments; wear PPE

NICE-TO-HAVES

• 1 year CNC operation experience in manufacturing
• Mechanical and/or electrical background
• Experience with tooling and gauging equipment
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools

• On-the-job training provided
• Reporting to the Machining Supervisor in Leesport, PA
• Manual labor position on a production line
