Responsibilities:

1. Work from shop prints, work orders, and prescribed production procedures to receive stock material, requisition tooling, and program to prepare the machine for operation.
2. Check all fluid levels, grease fittings, and transmission.
3. Load programs, insert tooling for touch-off, and reference points for the dry run of the first piece.
4. Produce the first piece with approval or assistance from more experienced personnel for measurement of critical dimensions.
5. Check production pieces following quality procedures.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing shop environment.
2. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
