The CNC Machine Operator sets up and operates CNC lathes, mills, and related manufacturing equipment to support safe, efficient production. This role requires hands‑on experience with precision measurement tools, in‑process quality control inspection, and adherence to established manufacturing standards to ensure all products meet required specifications.
You will join a small, privately owned company with a close-knit team of approximately 10-15 people, offering a collaborative and supportive environment where individual contributions are visible and valued. This role follows a four-day workweek schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with overtime available on Fridays as needed. The facility is clean, generally warm in the summer and comfortable in the winter, with occasional dust typical of an industrial setting. Industrial equipment operates throughout the facility, and employees work around CNC machines, material handling equipment, and other production tools in a safety‑conscious environment.
This is a Permanent position based out of Menasha, WI.
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
