Stecker Machine Company is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to load and unload parts, audit with gauges, and manage tool changes in a safety‑driven shop environment. You will keep your area clean, attend shifts reliably, and contribute to quality parts production on a variety of CNC machines.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will:

• Load and unload parts.
• Audit parts using gauges.
• Monitor and change tools.

Pay, Shifts, And Benefits

• Pay based on experience starting at $20 plus 8% shift premium
• Weekdays: Monday - Thursday
  • 2nd shift 3pm to 1am
  • 3rd shift 7pm - 6am, or Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am
• Weekends: Friday - Sunday, includes 8% shift premium plus work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours
  • 4th shift 5am - 5pm
  • 5th shift 5pm - 5am
