Stecker Machine Company is seeking a Manufacturing Production Operator in Manitowoc, WI. You will machine cast metal parts on CNC equipment, with on-the-job training and no prior experience required.

As a Manufacturing Production Operator, you will:

• Load and unload parts.
• Audit parts using gauges.
• Monitor and change tools.
• Clean and organize your area.
• Attend work reliably.
• Take safety seriously.

Shifts, Pay And Benefits

• Wages start at $20
• Openings on shifts 2-5
• Shift premium 8%
• Weekdays: Monday - Thursday
• 2nd shift 3pm to 1am
• 3rd shift 7pm - 6am, or Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am
• Weekends: Friday - Sunday, work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours
• 4th shift 5am - 5pm
• 5th shift 5pm - 5am
