CNC Machine Operators - All Shifts/Locations

Compensation: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Level II & III

Job Overview

We are hiring immediately for CNC Machine Operators to operate various CNC equipment in our production shops in New Hampshire.

Available Shifts

• Rochester (milling): M-TH 2nd shift: 5:00 pm - 3:00 am
• Rochester (turning): M-F 1st shift: 5:30 am - 1:45 pm
  M-F 2nd shift: 1:30 pm - 9:45 pm
  M-F 3rd shift: 9:30 pm - 5:45 am

Responsibilities

• Load parts and operate at least one type of CNC equipment independently.
• Complete operational processes, checklists, control plans, and procedures.
• Identify and assemble cutting tools and tool holders based on documentation.
• Understand tool wear differences and monitor tool conditions.
• Set start lines in programs and learn basic M code functions.
• Inspect machined parts for quality, surface finish, and missing features.
• Troubleshoot machine errors with assistance and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform inspection measurements using hand tools, gages, calipers, micrometers, and CMM reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to set tool heights with assistance.
• 90 days as a CNC Trainee or 1+ year of CNC Operator experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
