Job summary

ResourceMFG in Colorado is seeking a Level 2 CNC Mill Operator for 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am). You will run a CNC Mill, check parts, perform basic setups, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot minor issues.

You must read and follow WI, measure parts with calipers and other tools, and follow blueprints. The role requires safety and quality discipline, the ability to train new operators, and a track record of meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently run CNC mills and inspect parts per WI.
• Able to read and interpret simple blueprints.
• Knowledge of tooling types and their functions.
• Proficient with measuring equipment and SPC duties as required.
• Must meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Able to train new operators.

Responsibilities

• Independently run and check parts while adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Follow work instructions to verify parts meet specifications.

CNC Machine Operators Needed for Immediate Start on 2nd and 3rd Shift

CNC Mill Machine Operators

• 2nd Shift Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm


• 3rd Shift- Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am


• $19-$21 Hour depending on Skill Level

Job Summary

Level 2 CNC operator individual job functions include running a CNC Mill, checking parts and following instruction. Performing basic setups, adjusting offsets, and troubleshooting minor issues. Assisting with SPC duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Candidate must be able to independently run and check parts and work within strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards.


• Follows work instructions (WI), to verify parts meet required specifications.


• Independently runs CNC Machines and checks parts per WI’s.


• Performs WI checks completely and accurately.


• Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.


• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints.


• Basic knowledge of tooling types and their functions.


• Consistently meets or exceeds all daily production goals.


• Proven ability to run well with low scrap.
