Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists is hiring a Level 2 CNC Operator for night shift in a precision manufacturing environment. You will independently run CNC mills and/or lathes, perform in-process quality checks, and help keep production moving while ensuring quality parts meet specifications.

The role requires familiarity with blueprints, calipers, micrometers, and gauge usage, with attention to detail and the ability to work on site in Claremore, OK.

Qualifications

• Previous Level 2 CNC operation experience.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce parts per work instructions.
• Load and unload parts; start and monitor machine cycles.
• Perform in-process quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Verify parts meet print specifications and quality standards.
• Change tools and offsets as directed (no full setups required).
• Maintain accurate production counts and basic documentation.
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Pay: $20 and up per hour, depending on experience

About the Role:

We are hiring Level 2 CNC Operators for the night shift in a precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for operators who can independently run CNC machines and produce quality parts but do not perform full machine setups or advanced troubleshooting. You’ll be responsible for keeping production moving, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall shop output during the night shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce parts per work instructions
• Load and unload parts; start and monitor machine cycles
• Perform in-process quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous CNC machine operation experience (Level 2)

• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently on night shift
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
