Bearon is seeking a CNC Lathe Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team in Landisville, PA, working Monday - Thursday from 3:00PM to 1:30AM. This role involves operating CNC Lathe Machines and performing related tasks. Candidates should be able to work well with others, operate and program machines, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and follow all operational and inspection procedures. Knowledge of 5S and Lean principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Lathe Machines
• Verify tool positioning using gauges or other instruments
• Install and adjust tooling, select collets and stops
• Maintain safety around equipment and colleagues
• Perform daily maintenance activities
• Adapt to rotating assignments
• Collaborate as part of a team
• Label finished products and track material usage
• Keep work area clean and organized
