Qualifications

• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Mastercam; 3-axis programming.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines for new parts with high precision and complexity.
• Lead continuous improvements to reduce waste and cycle times.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure timely job completion.
• Perform first article and in-process inspections; edit programs as needed.
• Log job details and time in ERP systems for transparency.
• Support 5S, safety, and quality standards in the workspace.
