Mitsubishi Chemical America is seeking a CNC-Machinist/Conventional in Reading, PA. The role requires operating manual and CNC equipment, reading blueprints, and maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school certification, formal apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC equipment including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and related machinery.
• Program CNC equipment as required to support tooling and production needs.
• Interpret complex blueprints, sketches, specifications, and verbal instructions.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and adhere to 5S standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on department equipment.
