Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school certification, formal apprenticeship, or equivalent hands‑on machining experience preferred.
• Strong English reading, writing, mathematical, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to read and understand MSDS sheets, SOPs, and JSAs.
• Demonstrated experience with manual and CNC machining operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC equipment including lathes and milling machines.
• Interpret complex blueprints and specifications.
• Fabricate, modify, and repair tooling and production components.
• Inspect finished components to verify compliance with quality standards.
