Qualifications

• Previous CNC lathe programming experience required.

• Experience troubleshooting CNC machining and programming issues.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC lathes for precision machined components.
• Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for production.
• Set up CNC lathes, tooling, fixtures, and workholding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Determine proper tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining sequences.
• Perform program edits and adjustments at the machine as needed.
• Troubleshoot programming, tooling, setup, and machining issues.
• Verify finished components meet required dimensions and specifications.
• Use precision measuring equipment to verify part quality.
• Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve cycle times, tooling performance, quality, and machining efficiency.
• Maintain accurate programs and manufacturing documentation.
• Follow established safety and quality requirements.
