You will program, set up, troubleshoot, and run parts from start to finish on modern CNC turning equipment, collaborating with engineering and quality teams to ensure precision and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has hands-on lathe experience, strong G-code/CAM skills (Esprit or Fusion 360), and a meticulous eye for GD&T and tolerances.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC lathe programmer and machinist with setup and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience programming with G-code and CAM software such as Esprit or Fusion 360.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T; work with Mazak/DMG Mori/Doosan turning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC lathe programs using G-code and CAM software.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T requirements, and technical drawings.
• Perform complete CNC lathe setups and operate multiple machine tools.
• Inspect parts with precision tools and maintain setup/production records.
