Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Lathe Programmer and Machinist.
• Strong G-code and CAM programming skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T to tight tolerances.
• Proven trouble-shooting and process improvement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC lathe programs using G-code and CAM software like Esprit or Fusion 360.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements; improve programs to reduce cycle times.
• Perform full CNC lathe setups, tooling offsets, and workholding.
• Operate Mazak, DMG Mori, and Doosan lathes; monitor quality and adjust as needed.
• Inspect parts with micrometers/calipers and maintain setup sheets and records.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams; share machining knowledge.
