• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
• Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and tool changes.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize programs for efficiency.
• Maintain machines and perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
