Qualifications

• Previous CNC lathe machining experience required.
• Strong CNC setup and machining skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T and tight tolerances.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• CNC programming or program-editing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to quality, accuracy and detail.
• Experience in a precision manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes / CNC turning equipment.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes and offsets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Machine precision components to required dimensions and tolerances.
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges and other precision measuring instruments.
• Inspect completed parts and make adjustments as necessary.
• Troubleshoot machining or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation.
• Work independently while meeting quality and production standards.
