Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cutoff dies and install new jaws for mill changeovers.
• Operate a CNC lathe with Fanuc panel to polish and regrind rolls.
• Prepare tooling set-up carts for each mill changeover and archive tooling drawings.
• Use micrometers to measure tooling dimensions and handle tooling setup charts.
• Operate a forklift and chain hoist to move Turk's heads to mills.
• Maintain, break down, and reset targets and related components.
