Greene, Tweed in Kulpsville, PA is seeking a motivated CNC Lathe Operator for 2nd shift (2:45 PM–11:00 PM). You will fabricate lathe parts from drawings, set up machines, edit CNC programs, and run multiple machines to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 12 months CNC lathe experience, G‑Code knowledge, and ability to read production drawings. A high school diploma or GED and a willingness to train on a 30-day evaluation period are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 months CNC Lathe experience in a production environment including NC programming, program editing, set up, troubleshooting and run.
• Preferred proficiency in machining thermoplastic materials (e.g., PBI, PEEK, NYSILON, ACETAL, UHMWPE, PTFE).
• Proficiency after up to 30 working day trial training/evaluation period.

• Comply with all environmental, health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Fabricate lathe parts from drawings, achieve production efficiency, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Edit CNC programs and operate multiple machines to meet targets.
• Inspect parts using standard measuring instruments and perform first piece/in-process checks.
