Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 months CNC Lathe experience in a production environment including NC programming, program editing, set up, troubleshooting and run.
• Preferred proficiency in machining thermoplastic materials such as PBI, PEEK/ARLON, NYSILON, ACETAL, UHMWPE, PTFE.
• Demonstrate proficiency in G-Code knowledge including machine commands, sub program usage, edge break calculations, and general editing.
• Must be able to read and interpret production drawings, work instructions and company documents.

• Set up, load and run equipment to manufacture and inspect components per drawings.
• Edit CNC programs for various lathes and troubleshoot.
• Operate multiple machines and maintain production efficiency.
