Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior CNC programming and operating experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates CNC and auxiliary equipment to produce high-quality parts.
• Performs minor edits to CNC programs for efficiency and accuracy.
• Reads blueprints and job instructions to meet specifications.
• Programs mills and lathes with precise inputs and offsets.
• Monitors specifications during drilling, turning, knurling, etc.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions and adjusts controls or programs.
• Maintains and sharpens tools; replaces worn components as needed.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and problem solving.
• Supports special projects like prototype development or process optimization.
• Keeps workspace safe, clean, and organized per SOPs and POWER values.
• Engages in training to stay current with industry best practices.
