Task Force Tips LLC in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator (Lathe/Mill) to produce high-quality components used by first responders. You will operate and maintain CNC equipment, interpret blueprints, and ensure parts meet precise specifications while following safety procedures.

The role requires teamwork, good math and measurement skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC lathe/mill operations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong safety mindset and OSHA familiarity.
• Capable of multitasking under time pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work afternoons/evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Load/unload parts and bar feeders safely and efficiently.
• Read blueprints and select tooling per specifications.
• Inspect parts with calipers and micrometers to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and communicate clearly.
