• Verify conformance of machined parts to specifications using gauges.

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a CNC Lathe Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Chesterfield. We are looking for a skilled professional to join a great shop environment with a supportive team.

Shift Patterns

• Schedule is Monday to Friday.
• Day-shift hours: 6am - 2:30pm.
• 2nd shift training period: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (base rate + shift premium of $0.50).
• Regular 2nd shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (base pay rate + shift premium of $1.00).

Pay Rates

• 19.00 - 20.00 USD hourly

• More than 2 years of experience operating CNC lathes.
• Ability to read calipers accurately.
