Job summary

WEBCO MFG seeks a CNC Machinist to join our machining team in Missouri. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a focus on delivering precise, quality parts that meet customer specifications.

You will operate a variety of precision tools, read blueprints, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance. As an employee-owned company, WEBCO MFG offers ESOP, a strong benefits package, quarterly bonuses, and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machining equipment.
• Read blueprints and perform measurements, gauging and inspections.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Maintain and clean machinery and tooling; ensure quality standards and ISO 9001 compliance.
