Job summary

WEBCO MFG in Peculiar, MO is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with a pay range of $30–$40 per hour and a focus on efficient, precise production to meet customer specifications.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform gauging and inspections, and ensure parts conform to tolerances while following ISO 9001 procedures. Regular maintenance and clean-up of equipment are included.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.
• Reads blueprints, gauging, and inspections as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
