Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of CNC lathe experience operating and setting up parts per print.
• Ability to set up multiple jobs per day and read metric drawings.
• Working knowledge of GD&T symbols and precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe (DMG NLX 2500/700) using Celos control.
• Select cutting tools, fixtures, and machine accessories.
• Monitor quality and efficiency, adjust settings as needed.
• Inspect parts with bore gauges and micrometers, troubleshoot issues.
