DPI Inc. in Hatboro, PA is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to independently set up and run CNC turning equipment in a high-mix job-shop. The successful candidate will read drawings, set up tooling and workholding, verify programs, and produce first-piece-ready parts.

We offer a day shift, full-time schedule and a competitive hourly pay range with a sign-on bonus. You will work on-site at 2800 Turnpike Drive, Hatboro, PA, contributing to aerospace and defense-grade projects.

Formación

• Experience setting up CNC lathes in a precision shop.
• Ability to read drawings, tolerances and GD&T.
• Proficient in mounting workholding and adjusting offsets.
• Capable of taking a job from setup to first-piece approval.

Responsabilidades

• Independently set up CNC lathes and turning centers
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specs
• Install fixtures, jaws and workholding
• Load, verify and prove out CNC programs
• Inspect first-piece and production parts with precision tools
• Maintain accurate production records
