Trident Maritime Systems - Heavy Equipment Group in Rhinelander, WI is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist to machine small complex weldments and parts with high accuracy on a CNC lathe. You will adjust and create programs as needed to meet customer requirements and routed hours with attention to detail.

Position involves setting up fixtures, interpreting advanced drawings, and using various precision gauging tools.

Formación

• Basic M&G Code, blueprint reading and math skills are a plus.
• Machining knowledge in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Completion of Machining program is a plus.
• Experience with stainless steel, aluminum and high-temperature alloys is a plus.
• Experience working with small complex weldments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conversational programming on a Mazak machine.
• Independently set up intricate parts and fixturing.
• Work from advanced drawings and job layouts.
• Machine intermediate to advanced parts with high quality.
• Maintain equipment and safe work area.
• Overhead crane operation and rigging.
• Set up tooling using machine setup documentation.
• Use drawings, specifications and precision measuring instruments.
