Qualifications

• 2+ Years CNC Machining Experience
• Ability to safely lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate HN80 horizontal machining centers with dual pallet changers
• Machine large weldments and complex components up to 4 feet in size
• Verify tool paths and perform collision analysis when required
• Machine stainless steel, aluminum, exotic alloys, and high‑temperature materials
• Maintain equipment and a safe, organized work environment

Skills

CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings

Strong mechanical aptitude and machining fundamentals

Understanding of tooling, offsets, and setup procedures

Experience using precision measuring instruments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Education

Completion of machining program or technical school
