Trident Maritime Systems – Heavy Equipment Group in Rhinelander, WI is seeking a CNC Bridge Mill / Gantry Mill Machinist (SNK RB-4 or RB-6). You’ll set up and machine large weldments up to 25 feet with high accuracy, using Fanuc controls.

Responsibilities include reading advanced drawings, fixture setups, tool setup, measuring with precision instruments, and maintaining safe work area. Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, and high-temperature alloys is a plus.

Formación

• Multi-axis machining background with tool path verification and collision analysis.
• Fanuc CNC experience strongly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Independently set up intricate parts and fixturing from advanced drawings.
• Machine intermediate to advanced parts with high quality on stainless steel, aluminum, exotic and high-temperature alloys.
• Operate overhead crane and rigging; set up tooling; use precision measuring instruments.
