Job summary

UNW Texas is looking for dependable and innovative CNC Lathe Machinists to join our manufacturing shop in New Waverly, Texas. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate based on experience, along with various benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

Successful candidates will perform precision machining, maintain safety standards, and uphold quality assurance practices while working on the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of CNC Lathe machining experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Fanuc controls is preferred.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plans machining by studying work orders and blueprints.
• Programs lathes by entering instructions and calculating requirements.
• Maintains specifications through observation and quality assurance.
