Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc. in Texas City, TX, is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to run CNC machines and support warehouse tasks on-site. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a $1.25 shift differential, and weekly pay.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:45 pm–11:15 pm. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining CNC machines, inspecting material, loading/unloading, and ensuring safety and quality. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and 1–4 years machining experience, with ability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 4 years of machining experience.
• Mechanical/maintenance skills a plus.
• Understanding of machining principles.
• Understanding of CNC controls (preferred).
• Understanding of manufacturing industries.
• Experience in machining industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Set up, process, and maintain CNC machines.
• Operate machinery to produce quality product.
• Inspect material before and after operation.
• Load and unload product from machinery.
• Report product discrepancies to management.
• Follow SOPs, JSA`s, and QAP`s.
• Communicate with teammates.
• Operate forklifts to move material.
