EnerStaff LLC is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist in Houston, TX. The role requires operating a Fryer Combo Lathe with Siemens controls to manufacture 4140/4150 steel parts, including lengths up to 12 feet. Candidates should have 3–5 years of CNC lathe experience and be able to read drawings and use calipers or micrometers.

Shift is 5am-1:30pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekends. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen and be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Operate a 120" Fryer Combo Lathe with Siemens conversational controls.
• Read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
• Have 3–5 years of CNC lathe experience.
• Be self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to learn independently through computer-based training.

Responsabilités

• Operate a 120" Fryer Combo Lathe with Siemens conversational controls.
• Machine 4140 and 4150 chromium alloy steel components.
• Work with large parts ranging from 1" diameter × 30" long to 6" diameter × 12' long.
• Load programs, set up machines, make adjustments, and edit programs as needed.
• Read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
