Job summary

Enerstaff, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator to set up, program, and run a 120" CNC lathe (Fryer). The shift is 5am-1:30pm, M-F, with no weekends and possible OT.

You will load programs, perform some programming, read drawings, and use calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet specs. Must have 2-3 years of CNC lathe experience, communicate with the team, and be able to stand 10-12 hour shifts, lift 50 lbs, and pass a background and drug screen. Non-climate controlled shop.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years CNC lathe experience.
• Able to set up, adjust and program machining.
• Able to run precision tools (calipers, micrometers) to drawings.
• Must pass background and drug screen.

Pay: $28-$32 DOE

Shift: 5am-1:30pm M-F

No weekends, some OT possible during busy schedules

Lathe Operator

• Operate Fryer 120" CNC Lathe
• Siemens controls (conversational situation)
• Must be able to load programs to make parts and preform some programming yourself
• Need to be able to communicate with team members and lead
• Must be able to run precision tools (calipers, micrometers) to make drawing of a part

• Shop is a non-climate controlled industrial manufacturing environment

• 2-3 years CNC lathe operation
• Must be able to set up, adjust and program machining
• Must be able to stand for 10-12 hour shifts
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
