&E Precision Tool, Inc has an immediate opening for an experienced CNC Lathe Setup / Operator to produce close tolerance aerospace parts. We are a rapidly growing, registered ISO9001/AS9100 machine shop seeking a dedicated professional like you.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up jobs independently without supervision.
2. Operate multiple machines simultaneously.
3. Read and interpret blueprints accurately, with experience from print to finished product.
4. Ensure quality and precision in manufacturing aerospace components.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of common materials, machining techniques, and tooling.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and reliability.
