Job Function

The CNC Machinist (Wire EDM) supports SyBridge’s mission, overseeing daily operations including setup, programming, and maximizing machine utilization. Reports to the Job Leader and General Management.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service
• Follow Router plans and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers
• Program, set up, and operate Wire EDM machines using MasterCAM software
• Maximize machine utilization and unattended operation
• Verify dimensions with precision tools and record inspection data
• Report errors and deviations
• Maintain schedule and monitor tool inventory
• Assist in planning and training
• Perform general maintenance and ensure area cleanliness
• Travel as required and work overtime when needed

Qualifications

• Certification, college degree, or equivalent experience in mold manufacturing
• 8+ years of experience in high cavitation, multi-action molds
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and ensure quality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in time management
