Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $36.00/hr

We are seeking CNC Lathe Machinists with a drive for excellence and experience with 4-axis horizontal mill and/or lathe/mill turn operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Produce quality parts on CNC machines including lathes, Mill Turn, 3, 4, and 5 Axis Milling
• Load parts, operate controls, set offsets, perform edits, deburr, and inspect
• Interpret drawings, manuals, and specifications; determine dimensions and tolerances; perform setup and measurements
• Adjust machines based on inspection data to ensure quality
• Communicate with team members for tasks and quality issues
• Maintain cleanliness and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED; technical/vocational training preferred
• Minimum of 2 years CNC machining experience in aerospace or medical environments
• Knowledge of programming languages and precision measurement tools
• Ability to read drawings and understand geometric tolerances
• Understanding of tooling, fixtures, and accessories
• Strong communication skills in English
• Adaptability and math skills for fabrication calculations
• Ability to operate multiple machines independently or in teams
