Coastal Elite Pro in Dexter, Michigan is seeking a Lathe Set Up Machinist to produce precision orthopedic components in a regulated medical device environment. You will set up and operate CNC and manual lathes to tight tolerances, select tooling, and load programs.

The role emphasizes first-piece verification, in-process gauging, and collaboration with engineering and quality to troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance, and document results according to procedures.
