Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Ability to independently set up and operate CNC machining equipment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
• Knowledge of machining fundamentals, cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and tool offset adjustments.
• Ability to perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Experience maintaining tight tolerances and achieving required surface finishes.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Commitment to product quality, workplace safety, and production efficiency.
• Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing process documentation.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and perform tool offset adjustments.
• Monitor machining operations and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling as needed.
• Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments.
