Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. This position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC lathe machines according to engineering specifications and work orders.
• Operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision components.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machinery during operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Prove experience operating CNC machines, with a focus on live tooling
• Proficient in CNC operation and set up.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools including, micrometer, calipers, and gauges
