Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or fabrication.
• Experience operating CNC laser equipment or similar machinery preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
• Ability to read and interpret production documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and complete daily assignments per production schedules.
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting equipment.
• Review laser programs to ensure accuracy and specs.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional conformance.
• Make adjustments to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine machine checks, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper materials and PPE are available and used.
• Communicate production status and equipment issues to team/leadership.
• Cross-train on other fabrication equipment (CNC press brakes, punch presses).
• Support other departments during downtime or peak demand.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment.
