Job summary

Starflex Precision Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on CNC Laser Operator to set up and run laser cutting jobs. You will read blueprints, interpret work orders, and ensure dimensional accuracy using calipers and micrometers.

Forklift use is a plus, and collaboration with production and quality teams is essential. You will be part of a fast-paced fabrication environment, maintaining flow, performing routine maintenance, and contributing to daily output goals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating CNC laser equipment (required).
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Detail-driven mindset with a commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with Amada lasers preferred; other CNC laser platforms strongly considered.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment and run production jobs.
• Interpret blueprints and work orders to plan accurate, efficient runs.
• Load and unload sheet material safely; use forklifts when needed.
• Measure, verify, and document part quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot cut issues and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain production flow and hit daily output goals.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to solve problems quickly.
