About the Role

We’re looking for a Fabrication Specialist to help set up, train, and operate our new 12kW fiber laser and 5‑axis CNC machine. This role requires both technical expertise and a creative mindset to bring complex projects to life. We use fusion 360 with our machines.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation and setup of new fabrication equipment
• Train team members on safe and efficient machine operation
• Operate and maintain a 12kW fiber laser and 5‑axis CNC system
• Our team uses fusion 360 with our machines
• Collaborate with our design and fabrication teams to produce custom builds
• Support a wide range of projects — from architectural elements to sculptural installations and branded displays
• Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and safety throughout all processes

Qualifications:

• Experience operating CNC and laser systems (5‑axis experience a plus)
• Ability to assist with machine setup, calibration, and training
• Solid understanding of fabrication, materials, and tolerances
• Ability to interpret CAD and shop drawings
