Job summary

A creative fabrication studio is seeking a Fabrication Specialist to operate laser and CNC machines, train team members, and collaborate on custom projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC/laser systems, especially 5-axis, and must be reliable and detail-oriented. Full-time availability is required at the Arlington, TX location. This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects ranging from architectural elements to large-scale installations.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC and laser systems, especially 5-axis systems.
• Ability to assist with machine setup and training.
• Solid understanding of fabrication materials and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and setup of new fabrication equipment.
• Train team members on safe and efficient machine operation.
• Operate and maintain a 12kW fiber laser and 5-axis CNC system.
• Collaborate with design and fabrication teams to produce custom builds.
• Support a wide range of projects from architectural elements to displays.
